Explore Paradise Lost in the new Demo!
It’s finally here! The demo version of Paradise Lost will be available for 6 days—from June 16 19:00 CET to June 22 19:00 CET—as part of Steam’s Summer Game Festival. During that time, you’ll be able to begin exploring the desolate world of Paradise Lost and start on the journey through a mysterious, abandoned Nazi bunker.

Depending on the path you take in the demo, you’ll be able to explore different areas. There will be two main paths to choose from. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the inhabitants of the bunker by examining items they left behind and to start forming theories as to what was happening the last time people were in the Nazi complex. By choosing one path or another, you’ll discover different memories left behind.

An Alternate History Timeline
In an alternate version of WWII, the war dragged on for 20 more years only to end in flames when the Nazis launched nuclear missiles at most of Europe. In the aftermath, the heart of Europe remains shrouded in the mystery of complete destruction and deadly radiation, inaccessible to the rest of the world.
The Shadows of the Past
You are a 12-year-old survivor, wandering the barren, nuclear wasteland of Poland, looking for hope, when you come across a massive, abandoned Nazi bunker.
Descend into the bunker and find advanced industrial technology intertwined with mysterious Slavic pagan imagery. Make decisions that will shape your future as you work to uncover the secrets of the past and discover what happened to the bunker’s inhabitants.
